Cat’s Eye (1985)

A stray cat on a New York City sidewalk has a vision of a young girl who pleads for its help. The three seemingly disparate stories which comprise the rest of the movie’s plot (Quitters, Inc., The Ledge, and The General) are connected by the little girl who is being menaced by a malevolent force and the mysterious feline (called “The General”) who comes to protect her.
