Golden Years (1991)

Following an explosion in a secret laboratory in which elderly janitor Harlan Williams (Keith Szarabajka) has been exposed to the chemicals released, he begins aging–but he is getting younger instead of older. This attracts the attention of those running the lab who are eager to find out what caused this.
